Personal — John T. Buckley
was born in 1936 and is a Republican. He began service as a Justice of the
Appellate Division, First Judicial Department in 1999. He was appointed by
Governor George E. Pataki.

State Supreme Court, 5th Judicial District, from 1995 to the present. He was an
Oneida County Court Judge from 1980 to 1994.
