NYSCEF Explorer

NYSCEF Explorer is a tool to view NYSCEF Docket Sheets and download PDF binders.

Users have the option to download all or certain documents and exhibits just like in CourtAlert's PACER Explorer. The PDF binders are automatically bookmarked and can include a table of contents. You can choose your own naming convention per binder or set a firmwide default to match the uniform standard across your firm.

NYSCEF Explorer works along the NYSCEF Docketing Monitor, which allows you to receive near real-time updates on NYSCEF Filings for any NYSCEF case and with New York Supreme Case monitoring. Notifications on new filings include a link to the NYSCEF Explorer docket sheet, allowing you and the alert recipients to access and download the NYSCEF filings.

What is the difference between New York Case Monitoring and NYSCEF Docket Monitor:

Most clients monitor their own cases on CourtAlert's NYS Supreme Case Monitoring Service which monitors for new filings, orders, dates, etc. based on information available only from NYS Supreme Court Motion Support databases. New York Supreme Case Monitoring includes a nightly summary of NYSCEF filings in your New York, Kings, and Westchester cases.

The NYSCEF Docket Monitor, monitors only for new filings on NYSCEF. This service is used for cases where the attorneys are not already receiving their own NYSCEF notice and would like to anonymously monitor a case with near real-time updates on new filings.
