CourtAlert has mitigated the issue with Microsoft Azure Front Door. Web traffic to each client instance is now directing directly to the client instance with valid certificates for each client.
Please let us know if you continue to have any trouble with Case Management or ECF Inform.

CourtAlert continues to work on mitigating the issue with Microsoft Azure Front Door. Case Management users are able to access the Inquiry module. ECF Services continue to run and emails are being processed. The Docketing System and Admin continue to be down. ECF Inform and ECF Vault Clients are able to access their dedicated sites. Note: due to changes in the routing, some clients may continue to be blocked in Microsoft Edge. Browsing is working in Chrome by ignoring the certificate warnings. It is ok to ignore those warning at this time. 1:15 PM ET
CourtAlert is working to mitigate issues with the Azure Front Door Content Distribution network. CourtAlert is working to mitigate that failure. 12:45 PM ET
Due to issues experienced in the Microsoft Azure hosting centers nationwide, some CourtAlert clients are experiencing issues accessing Case Management and ECF Inform. CourtAlert and Azure are aware of the issues and are working to address and mitigate the issue. 10/29/2025 12:30 ET
