Appellate Division, 1st Department
The community and CourtAlert are sad to report the
recent passing of Hon. Israel Rubin, former justice
of the Appellate Division First Department. Judge
Rubin was a rare human being with modest and
respectful approach to all.
We in CourtAlert are proud to have known Judge Rubin
for many years and enjoyed his wise counsel.
The funeral took place on Sunday May 25th, 2014.
