    Subject: Real-Time
Archived complaints now available for NY County Supreme (Commercial
    Division)
    As we inch closer to
putting the winter weather behind us we look forward to saving our clients
money and time. CourtAlert announces today several enhancements to our
    complaint archives:
    §
    Since
our SDNY archive complaints have produced such a demand we will now include
new complaints from NY County Supreme (Commercial Division) since October
     17, 2008.
    §
    The
real-time archive is searchable by index number, plaintiff or defendant.
    §
    Business
    Development Alerts clients can also
    search by entry date.
    §
    If
you perform a search in the NY County Supreme archive it will also
automatically check the same names in the SDNY archive. The reverse
procedure will happen if you do a SDNY archive search.
    §
    Complaint
images are added to the archive as soon as our staff at the courthouse can
scan them. In SDNY this is prior to the case being added to PACER and in
Supreme as soon as the court system is updated.
    §
    Unlimited
complaint images are available to Business Development Alerts clients at no
additional charge. Clients subscribing to NYS Supreme Business Development Alerts will receive
Supreme images at no additional charge. And likewise, Clients subscribing
to SDNY Business Development Alerts can retrieve any number of SDNY Complaints
    at no additional charge.
    §
    The
cost of each complaint download/print for other clients is $25 per
complaint. Please specify client and matter numbers for billing.
    The free NYS Supreme/NY
County/Commercial Division and SDNY complaints archive is another free
service for Business Development Alerts clients. CourtAlert recently announced a
free daily list of adversary proceedings for such clients. If you are not
