of May, 2008 – even if we are looking for new dockets every hour.
PDF files can be downloaded as well but this is at charge.
For
cases on your CourtAlert for Pacer watch list, CourtAlert will
automatically check on Pacer at the frequency you specify, even every
hour. Any new dockets, and optionally their PDF files, will be emailed to
you. This service is typically used to follow cases of interest (similar
issues or customers) where you do not want your firm listed on the
publicly available ECF record. Your firm need not be on an ECF case to
have it watched by CourtAlert for Pacer.
