Second Circuit Opinions and Summary Orders
CourtAlert announces a new service for Second
Circuit opinions and summary orders. As you are already aware it is
important to obtain opinions and summary orders from the Second Circuit as
soon as their issued. Once a new opinion or summary order has been posted
by the Court on it's web site, an alert with a
link to the actual opinions or summary orders will be sent to you. This new
alert is to be known as CourtAlert 188.
The Second Circuit
typically publishes their opinions and summary orders during the morning.
Our automated process will check every few minutes during the early part of
the morning. As a precaution we will also continue to check during the
afternoon but at a lesser rate.
