CourtAlert announces a
new service of just-published opinions from the Delaware Chancery Court.
Since January 2008
CourtAlert has been providing copies of opinions and orders from
the Delaware Chancery Court, CourtAlert 600. This service is based on
the court's web site.
We are
being advised by a number of clients that it's
important to obtain the opinions of this court as soon as possible.
The court web site is not updated in a timely fashion. Therefore,
CourtAlert has retained local reporters to check for new opinions
throughout the day. As soon as an opinion is published an automated process
will send it out.
To receive this alert
you must be a (free) subscriber to CourtAlert 600, subscription is on the
Alerts Preferences screen. Please verify you are a subscriber <<details>>. To avoid duplications the current
alert, CourtAlert 600, will gradually be withdrawn from operation.
