The CourtAlert advisements are e-mail notices including all (and only) the relevant information, not meaningless information.

For a few courts, CourtAlert provides a link on the alert to the court’s fees and rules information, such as the applicable CPLR, Uniform Rules, Court and Judge Rules etc.

At the time of this writing, CourtAlert provides electronic watch services for USDC/SDNY, NY State Supreme (NYC, LI, Westchester, and all other large counties in the state), NY County Clerk (including any new filing against named parties) and, just announced, NYC Civil/NY County.

In addition, CourtAlert provides decision lists and notices from the Appellate Division 1st and 2nd Departments, Second Circuit and Appellate Term.
